James Gentile

Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

James Gentile has 25 years of experience in insurance and health care compliance, regulatory oversight, management, and operations. As Fallon’s Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Gentile oversees all regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters as well as internal audit functions for the organization.

Previously, Jim served as Fallon’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, and played a significant role in helping guide Fallon’s commercial program through unprecedented regulatory changes, including Mass. Health Care Reform and the Affordable Care Act.

Prior to his role at Fallon, Jim was with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. He also was Chief Claims Administrator at Allmerica Financial.

Jim graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Saint Anselm College and earned a Juris Doctor at Massachusetts School of Law.
