Kristine Bostek, Senior Vice President, PACE Programs
As Senior Vice President of PACE Programs for Fallon Health, Kristine Bostek leads the organization’s expanding PACE programs in Massachusetts and New York, and its Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program in New York. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all performance aspects of the programs including growth, strategic partnerships, operations, clinical operations and quality.
Kris is an experienced executive with more than 30 years’ experience in both the health care and insurance industries. Prior to her role as SVP of PACE Programs, she served as Vice President of Fallon Health’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Under her leadership, Fallon’s PACE has grown to include six locations and is currently among the ten largest programs in the country, according to the National PACE Association (NPA). Kris is an advocate for the model of care and is focused on making PACE available to all eligible consumers in Massachusetts as a provision of an important option for the aging population.
Kris holds a master’s degree in health administration from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Michael’s College. She serves as a member of the NPA Board of Directors and is currently the President of the MassPACE Association. She is also Board President for the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester and is on the board of the Reliant Foundation.
