How to use your Benefit Bank card

Once your card is activated, you can use it like a credit/debit card at any location where the primary business category is dental care, eyewear, fitness memberships (including approved online programs and WW memberships) and/or hearing aids.

For example, our Orange, Green and Blue plans all include a $150 eyewear allowance. If you buy a pair of $200 eyeglasses, your eyewear allowance covers the first $150. You can use your Benefit Bank card to pay the remaining $50. And you will have money remaining on the card that you can use for something else.

You can also use the card to pay bills received from approved vendors (i.e., dental care, eyewear, etc.). Just call the service provider and give them your Benefit Bank card number or write your Benefit Bank card number on the billing statement.
