Fallon Health's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides all the care that frail aging adults need—in one inclusive program. Care is provided at home or at one of our PACE Centers so participants can continue to live safely and independently at home or in the community. In addition to health insurance, participants receive medical care, adult day health, social supports, and in-home services.
