Benefit Bank
Pay for dental care, eyewear, fitness memberships (including approved online programs and WW® memberships), and hearing aids with your Benefit Bank card. We put money on the card, and you choose how to use it. Pay for a portion, or the full cost, of a service or an item. For example, use your card to buy an extra pair of eyeglasses or to pay for your root canal. It’s your card, your choice. Allowances range from $250 - $1,000.

- Fallon Medicare PlusTM Orange, Green, and Blue HMO plans

How to use your Benefit Bank card
You can use your card like a credit/debit card at any location where the primary business category is dental care, eyewear, fitness memberships (including approved online programs and WW® memberships), and/or hearing aids.
For example, our Orange, Green, and Blue plans all include dental coverage. If you have to get a filling, it may cost you $200. You can use your Benefit Bank card to pay for the filling and you’ll have money remaining on the card that you can use for something else.
You can also use the card to pay bills received from approved vendors (i.e., dental care, eyewear, etc.). Just call the service provider and give them your Benefit Bank card number or write your Benefit Bank card number on the billing statement.
What can you purchase with the Benefit Bank card?
Dental care
The Benefit Bank card can be used for comprehensive services like a filling, oral surgery, or root canal. Services and care must be provided at a business whose primary function is providing dental services. Eyewear must be purchased from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist’s office, or a store that focuses on eye care—like those that provide exams, write prescriptions for and sell eyeglasses.
You cannot use the card for eye exams, low vision aids, or non-prescription eyewear like sunglasses or colored contact lenses.
