Are you eligible?

To join our plans you: 

  • Must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B 
  • Must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if it’s not paid for by Medicaid or another third party 
  • Must live in the Fallon Medicare Plus service area. The service area includes all cities and towns in Massachusetts, except those in Dukes and Nantucket counties. Our Orange and Green plans are not available in Barnstable and Berkshire counties. (If you get health insurance through an employer group, your service area may be different.)
