SilverSneakers®
SilverSneakers is a complete wellness program designed to help you stay fit—from the comfort of your own home or when you’re on the go. The program is available to all Fallon Medicare Plus members, with the exception of those enrolled in Fallon Medicare Plus Orange HMO. The program includes:
- Free basic gym membership with access to fitness locations nationwide, including all basic amenities, guidance from dedicated fitness staff, and classes designed to improve strength, balance, range of movement, and cardiovascular endurance.
- Get fit from the comfort of your home with live virtual classes and workshops, and a video library of on-demand workouts and “how to” videos. You can also request an at-home fitness kit.

SilverSneakers FLEX™ gives you options outside of traditional fitness locations, offering yoga, fitness classes, and walking and hiking groups at local parks and community centers.
- Use the SilverSneakers GO app to access fitness programs as well as to track and schedule activities and find SilverSneakers locations near you.
