Fallon Health welcomes Sandra Villalba as Director of Medicare Sales
Newly created role supports Fallon’s focus on caring for individuals enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid health insurance programs
Worcester, Mass., October 18, 2022— Fallon Health has named Sandra Villalba to lead the organization’s efforts to provide care and coverage to Medicare beneficiaries. As Director of Medicare Sales, Villalba will provide strategic direction and leadership with the goal of growing and retaining membership in Fallon’s Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, and retiree plans.
Villalba has more than 15 years’ experience with Medicare products. Prior to joining Fallon, she oversaw business development and broker management in the Massachusetts marketplace as broker manager for Aetna. She’s also held Medicare-focused positions at WellCare Health Plan (now Centene), Molina Healthcare, and United Healthcare.

The newly created role of Director of Medicare Sales aligns with and supports Fallon’s objective to become a leader in providing exceptional care and coverage to individuals enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid health insurance programs. Today, members in those programs make up 83 percent of Fallon’s membership, the highest level in the organization’s 45-year history.
