Fallon Health names Patti Shea, Psy.D. Director of its Accountable Care Organization Clinical Team
Worcester, MA, April 6, 2021— Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, today announced the recent hire of Patti Shea, Psy.D. as Director of its Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Clinical Team. In this role she will provide direction and management of the MassHealth ACO clinical services area, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of all clinical programs required in the MassHealth contract. Dr. Shea will also work collaboratively with the Fallon Health team and ACO partners at Fallon’s three ACO plans: Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative, Fallon 365 Care and Wellforce Care plan.
Dr. Shea brings more than three decades of behavioral health-related clinical experience to Fallon. She also brings extensive administrative leadership experience. Most recently, she held the position of Executive Director of Administrative Services at the North American Family Institute (NAFI). Previously, she also worked as Chief Operating Officer at Hampstead Hospital.

Dr. Shea holds a bachelor of arts in industrial and organizational psychology from Bridgewater State University, a master of arts in clinical psychology from Lesley College and earned her Psy. D. in clinical psychology from Anitoch University New England.
