Fallon Health Named ‘Best Customer Service’ in Central Massachusetts
Worcester, Mass., December 1, 2020— Fallon Health has been named by the Worcester Telegram & Gazette as having the Best Customer Service in Central Massachusetts.
The annual award is given to “celebrate and recognize the best our community has to offer” and highlights Fallon’s commitment to its members. This is the second year in a row Fallon has taken home the honor.

Winners were determined by the Telegram and Gazette’s readers during voting from September 6 through September 30.
The award was announced during a virtual celebration on Thursday, November 19 during the Best of Central Mass Readers’ Choice Awards. The guide was published in the November 20, 2020 issue of the Telegram & Gazette.
