Fallon Health’s Medicare Advantage plans receive high rating by CMS for 2021

Worcester, Mass., October 14, 2020— Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announced today its Medicare Advantage plans have been recognized with a 4.5-Star (out of 5) overall rating for 2021 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This high score highlights the organization’s commitment to providing quality products and services to its members.

Scores are based on more than 40 care and service quality measures across several categories including staying healthy, managing chronic conditions, member satisfaction, customer service and pharmacy services.
