Fallon Health announces Susan Keser as Vice President of Network Development and Management
Worcester, MA, January 9, 2019 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce its recent appointment of Susan Keser as Vice President of Network Development and Management.
Keser has more than 20 years of experience in the managed care industry. At Fallon, she will focus on growing and managing its networks for all products, while also strengthening its relationships with the provider community.
As Fallon’s Vice President of Network Development and Management, Keser will lead efforts to develop and support innovative provider partnerships which include Fallon’s three MassHealth Accountable Care Organization Partnership Plans. In addition, she will manage Fallon’s commercial and government program provider networks of more than 70 hospitals, 19,500 physicians and 34,000 ancillary providers. She is also responsible for managing the business relationship for Fallon’s sub-network vendors such as the prescription pharmacy benefits manager, behavioral health and chiropractic networks and national PPO network.
Prior to joining Fallon, Keser was Director of Provider Contracting then Director of Provider Operations at Health New England in Springfield, Mass. She also held positions at MassMutual Life Insurance Company and WellPoint Health Networks.
Keser graduated from Simmons College with a bachelor’s degree in physics. She resides in Granby, Mass. with her family.
