Fallon Health names Melissa Randall as its Corporate Communications Manager
Worcester, MA, March 13, 2019 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, today announced former ABC6 WLNE-TV news anchor Melissa Randall as its new Corporate Communications Manager.
At Fallon, Randall will be responsible for developing communication and public relations strategies that raise awareness and support Fallon’s commitment to the communities it serves.
Prior to joining Fallon, Randall was an anchor for Good Morning Providence for the ABC affiliate in Providence, RI. Before ABC6 News, she was a reporter for Worcester News Tonight in Worcester, MA.

Fallon recently reported a record year for membership and strong financial performance in 2018 and expects the momentum to continue in 2019. Its focus on government programs, specifically its three MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) programs and its expansion into Berkshire County with Medicare Advantage and Senior Care Options plans, have contributed to this growth.

Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Curry College.
