Fallon Health names Linda Aiello Vice President of Clinical Operations

Worcester, MA, Nov. 7, 2018 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to name Linda Aiello as the company’s Vice President of Clinical Operations.

In this role, Aiello is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical operations of Fallon Health, including, but not limited to, integrated utilization management, case management, member/provider appeals and grievances and behavioral health.

Aiello rejoins Fallon after previously serving at the company for 29 years. During her first tenure, Aiello held leadership roles in member relations, appeals and grievances and integrated utilization management.

Prior to returning to Fallon, Aiello was a site administrator for internal medicine and pediatrics at Reliant Medical Group’s Auburn and Millbury locations. In this role, she oversaw operational management and coordination of clinical services and programs, earning the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2015.

Aiello received her Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Becker College.
