Fallon Health names Jo Ann Savage Director of Relationship Management for MassHealth
Worcester, Mass., December 3, 2018 —Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to name Jo Ann Savage, RN as the company’s Director of Relationship Management for MassHealth.
In this role, Savage is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with provider partners for Fallon’s three MassHealth Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in Greater Lowell, Worcester County and the Berkshires.
In her eight years at Fallon, Savage has held various leadership roles in support of the company’s government programs, collaborating with providers, vendors, MassHealth and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She most recently was Site Director of Fallon’s Summit ElderCare PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) on East Mountain Street in Worcester. Prior to working at Fallon, she held clinical management roles at Commonwealth Medicine in the Correctional Health program, MCI Framingham Women’s Prison, Fallon Clinic (now known as Reliant Medical Group) and Saint Vincent Hospital.
Savage resides in Worcester.
