Deb Daviau named Director of Outreach for Fallon Health’s NaviCare® program
Worcester, Mass., January 18, 2017 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce that Deb Daviau has joined as Director of Outreach for their NaviCare program.
In her role, Daviau is responsible for overseeing efforts to grow and support NaviCare through enhancing provider partnerships and expanding community outreach.
Fallon Health’s NaviCare line of business is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan and Senior Care Options program that integrates care for adults age 65 and older. A personalized primary care team manages and coordinates the NaviCare member’s health care by working with each member, the member’s family and health care providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Daviau comes to Fallon with more than 20 years of health care industry experience. Daviau served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Cambridge-based Senior Whole Health, where she was responsible for overseeing an expanding sales force, as well as formulating and executing annual and multi-year business plans.
Prior to that, Daviau spent 13 years with Tufts Health Plan—serving as Regional Sales Manager from 2004 to 2009, where she managed two regional offices.
Daviau, a resident of Marlborough, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Elms College.
