Fallon Health is pleased to offer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and the 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice through PaySpan.

New to PaySpan?

If you are new to PaySpan, please take a few minutes to register and enroll. Visit PaySpan's website at www.payspanhealth.com and click “Register Now.”

You will need the following items to register:

• Registration code and PIN (If you have not received these from PaySpan, click “Request a Registration Code” or call PaySpan at 1-877-331-7154, option 1.)
• Tax ID # (TIN)
• Bank routing and account number (found on your check)
