Taking care of new parents
Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative helps members who are expecting a new addition to their families. Call us as soon as you know you’re pregnant or planning to adopt. You will receive:
- Information about our Oh Baby! program
- Information about what to expect when you are pregnant
- Personalized assessment for resources and benefits you may be eligible for
- Help coordinating your care with your doctors and other health care providers
- Help obtaining special formulas if your baby’s doctor recommends it
Special deliveries
Special Deliveries is Fallon Health’s Maternity Case Management Program and provided by our team of registered nurse case managers and support staff. They can help to coordinate care and services for you during your pregnancy and afterward.
Get support from a doula
Doulas provide non-medical support to members and families during pregnancy, delivery, and after delivery.To find a doula covered by MassHealth, search the MassHealth Provider Directory. More information is available on the mass.gov website.
Oh Baby!
Oh Baby! is a health and wellness program available at no additional cost to eligible members who are either expecting or adopting a child. Parents can enroll online using the link below, or by contacting our customer service team at 1-855-203-4660 (TRS 711) 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday.
What you get as an Oh Baby! participant:

- Prenatal vitamins
- A convertible toddler car seat
- A home safety kit
- A choice of either: a temporal thermometer, or Caring For Your Baby and Young Child: Birth to Age 5, a book from the American Academy of Pediatrics
