We offer Fallon Medicare Plus^TM Premier HMO, our Medicare Advantage Plan to employer groups for your retirees. This features two provider networks:

Fallon Medicare Plus Central Premier includes a tailored selection of providers based in Worcester County.
Fallon Medicare Plus Premier includes thousands of providers across Massachusetts.

Our Community Care plan, offered through the Massachusetts Health Connector, is available to purchase through the Connector.
