For members with Steward Health Care providers

Fallon Health is aware of the news stories about Steward Health Care, and we are monitoring the situation.

If you have an appointment scheduled at a Steward Health Care facility, or at a Steward Health Care provider, do not cancel that appointment. You can continue to access your providers and receive your care and services. Emergency rooms are also open.

We are working closely with the state’s task force to ensure that our members experience minimal disruptions to their care, if any at all. They have a website, mass.gov/stewardresources, where you can get more information and resources. You can call the Commonwealth’s dedicated Steward Health Care call center at 617-468-2189, or toll-free at 833-305-2070. The call center is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. E.T. (excluding Massachusetts holidays).

Our members come first, and we will make sure that you receive the care you need, when you need it. If you have any questions, please call us at the number on the back of your member ID card.

We will provide more information to impacted members if that becomes necessary.
