Anthony Consolmagno 

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Consolmagno serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fallon Health. In this role, he oversees financial planning, performance, and stewardship across the enterprise, helping ensure Fallon Health remains financially strong, sustainable, and mission focused. 

Anthony provides strategic financial leadership for initiatives that expand access to high quality, community-based care and strengthen Fallon Health’s long-term financial foundation. He plays a key role in helping to ensure the organization is well positioned to serve its members and communities with compassion and integrity. 

Prior to joining Fallon Health, Anthony held leadership roles at Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Open Sky Community Services, and Reliant Medical Group. He has extensive experience with payers, providers, and integrated delivery systems, and he’s known for having a thoughtful mindset, data-driven approach, and strong commitment to community service. 

A Worcester native, Anthony earned an MBA in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management, both from Clark University.
