Urgent care
Atrius Health provides access to telephone medical advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you have to do is call your Atrius Health PCP’s office. After regular office hours, follow the prompts to connect with our team of medical staff who answer calls and provide medical advice and information by phone.
If necessary, Atrius Health staff can consult an on-call Atrius Health physician, advise you to visit the emergency room, or schedule you for a weekend/holiday urgent care appointment at one of the Atrius Health practices that offer Urgent Care options, including on weekdays, weekends, and most holidays. As a reminder, you should always call 911 in the event of a life threatening emergency. You can find a complete list on our Find a Doctor tool. You don't need a referral to go to an urgent care center.

You can also get care online or by phone from Teladoc. Teladoc gives you 24-hour access, 7 days a week to a U.S. board-certified doctor who can treat non-emergency health issues like:
- cold and flu symptoms
- respiratory and sinus
- infections
- skin problems
- urinary tract infections
- pink eye
