Todd Bailey, Kristine Bostek rejoin Fallon Health to take on leadership roles
Worcester, Mass., September 16, 2019 ― Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Todd Bailey as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Kristine Bostek as Vice President of its Summit ElderCare® program.

As Fallon’s CFO, Bailey is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategic cost analysis, actuarial and underwriting, medical economics, network development and management and risk adjustment and analytics.
Bailey brings more than 28 years of experience in the health insurance industry to the role. He rejoins Fallon from Health Plans, Inc., a Harvard Pilgrim Health Care company, where he led finance, information technology, compliance and regulatory functions as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Bailey served 16 years with Fallon Health in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Senior Care Services.
Bailey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.
Bostek is responsible for all aspects of Summit ElderCare, Fallon’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This unique coordinated care and coverage program offers adults age 55 and older and their caregivers an innovative and comprehensive alternative to nursing home care. Bostek will oversee the program’s performance including growth, strategic partnerships with providers and community-based organizations, housing strategy, operations, clinical operations and quality.
Bostek rejoins Fallon from YOU Inc., where she led the Worcester-based organization as President and CEO. Prior to that, she served five years at Fallon Health in various leadership roles for its senior care products.
Bostek holds a master’s degree in health administration from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Michael’s College. She is a Certified Health Insurance Executive (CHIE) and serves as a member of Harrington Health Care.
