Fallon Health names Mary Ritter Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
Worcester, Mass., July 10, 2018 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to name Mary Ritter as the company’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.
In this role, Ritter is responsible for strategy development and execution, provider contracting, provider relations, market research and product development.
Ritter rejoins Fallon after previously serving the company for 11 years. During her first tenure, Ritter was a dynamic leader holding positions that included Chief Operating Officer; Chief Strategy Officer; and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Communications.

Prior to returning to Fallon, Ritter owned and operated Worcester-based Maywood Consulting, LLC—a niche consulting practice that provided strategic planning and advisory services to health care, human services and cultural organizations.
Ritter earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and operations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
She is a past recipient of Worcester Business Journal’s “Outstanding Women in Business” and “40 Under 40” distinctions, past chair of the Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference and is currently a trustee at The Hanover Theatre and Worcester State Foundation.
Ritter resides in Holden, MA with her family.
