Senior Vice President, PACE Programs

As Senior Vice President of Fallon Health’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Kristine Bostek leads the organization’s expanding PACE programs in Massachusetts and New York. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all performance aspects of the programs including growth, strategic partnerships, operations, clinical operations, and quality.

Kris is an experienced executive with more than 30 years’ experience in the health care and insurance industries. Under her leadership, Fallon Health’s Massachusetts PACE has reached its highest membership in the organization’s nearly 30 years of offering the program. Fallon Health’s PACE has grown to include six locations in two states and is currently among the largest programs in the country, according to the National PACE Association (NPA). Kris is focused on making PACE available to as many eligible individuals as possible as a provision of an important option for the aging population.

Kris holds a master’s degree in health administration from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Michael’s College.
